La presente informativa descrive le modalità di trattamento dei dati personali degli utenti che utilizzano il servizio AgriMng (di seguito "il Servizio"), accessibile all'indirizzo www.agrimng.com, ai sensi del Regolamento UE 2016/679 ("GDPR") e del D.lgs. 196/2003 ("Codice Privacy") come modificato dal D.lgs. 101/2018.

2. Types of data collected
2.1 Data provided voluntarily by the user
- Dati di registrazione: nome, cognome, indirizzo email, password (memorizzata in forma criptata tramite algoritmo bcrypt).
- Dati aziendali: ragione sociale, P.IVA, codice fiscale, indirizzo, comune, telefono, email aziendale.
- Dati operativi inseriti nel portale: terreni e dati catastali, lavorazioni agricole, prodotti utilizzati, anagrafiche clienti, macchinari, fatture emesse.
- Dati di pagamento: gestiti integralmente da Stripe. AgriMng memorizza esclusivamente l'ID cliente Stripe (
cus_...) e gli ultimi 4 numeri della carta. Il numero completo della carta, CVV, scadenza non vengono mai trattati né memorizzati da AgriMng.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Cookie tecnici di sessione: necessari al funzionamento del portale (gestione login, protezione CSRF). Vedi Cookie Policy.
- Log server: indirizzo IP, user-agent, data e ora delle richieste. Conservati per finalità di sicurezza informatica e diagnostica per un massimo di 30 giorni.

4. Processing methods
Processing is carried out with electronic tools, strictly related to the indicated purposes. Data is protected by:
- HTTPS/TLS encrypted connection across the portal
- User passwords stored using bcrypt hashing algorithm
- Encrypted automatic backups handled by the hosting provider
- Admin panel access restricted to authorised personnel
- Regular software security updates
5. Data recipients (third parties)
Personal data may be communicated to the following parties, as external data processors under art. 28 GDPR:
5.1 Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland)
Fornitore del sistema di pagamento ricorrente. Tratta: dati di pagamento (carta), email cliente, dati di fatturazione. Informativa Stripe. Stripe è certificata PCI-DSS Level 1 e opera in conformità GDPR mediante Standard Contractual Clauses.
5.2 Aruba S.p.A. (Italy)
Fornitore di hosting del portale e del database. Tratta: tutti i dati personali e operativi memorizzati nel sistema. Informativa Aruba. Server localizzati nell'Unione Europea.
5.3 Non-EU data transfers
Stripe may transfer data to the United States, guaranteed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (decision 2021/914) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Aruba operates exclusively in the European Union.
6. Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, the user may at any time exercise the following rights under art. 15-22 GDPR:
- Accesso ai propri dati personali (art. 15)
- Rettifica di dati inesatti o incompleti (art. 16) — direttamente dal proprio profilo nel portale
- Cancellazione dei dati ("diritto all'oblio", art. 17) — disponibile dal proprio profilo, salvo obblighi di conservazione fiscali (es. fatture)
- Limitazione del trattamento (art. 18)
- Portabilità dei dati in formato leggibile (art. 20) — funzione "Esporta i miei dati" disponibile dal profilo
- Opposizione al trattamento (art. 21)
- Revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento, senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento precedente
Per esercitare tali diritti l'utente può contattare il Titolare all'indirizzo info@agrimng.com o via PEC murador.luca@pec.confartigianato.it. La risposta sarà fornita entro 30 giorni dalla ricezione della richiesta.
7. Complaint to the supervisory authority
L'utente che ritenga che il trattamento dei propri dati avvenga in violazione del GDPR ha diritto di proporre reclamo all'Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Roma).
8. Data provision
Providing the data required for registration and use of the Service is optional but necessary to access features. Failure to provide it makes the Service unavailable.
9. Automated decisions
AgriMng non effettua trattamenti basati su processi decisionali automatizzati che producano effetti giuridici significativi sull'utente, ai sensi dell'art. 22 GDPR.
10. Changes to this policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, notifying users by publication on this page and, for material changes, by email to the registered address. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
