Technical support

For login issues, portal malfunctions or support requests, write to info@agrimng.com including: account name (registered email), description of the problem, and screenshots if possible.

Billing and subscriptions

For plan changes, billing questions or past invoice requests, contact us by email. To manage your payment card and view receipts on your own, go to the Subscription page in the portal.

GDPR rights

To exercise the rights provided by GDPR articles 15-22 (access, rectification, erasure, portability, etc.) you can:

• Use the "Export my data" and "Delete account" features available on the Profile page (for registered users)
• Send a written request to info@agrimng.com or via PEC murador.luca@pec.confartigianato.it

For business proposals, partnerships and product integrations, write to info@agrimng.com.

Response times

We aim to reply within 2 business days to technical and administrative support requests. For GDPR requests the maximum term is 30 days as required by the Regulation.
